The R Group Celebrates Grand Opening With Ribbon-Cutting

The R Group, 220 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, celebrated its grand opening Wednesday with a ribbon-cutting with the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce.
Owner Angie Racolta said The R Group opened in February 2020. When she bought the building, it needed a lot of renovations, which were completed in April.
Racolta said the office is part of Keller Williams Realty Group and Racolta has a team in the office, but other Realtors have office space in the building as well.
The R Group provides real estate services, mostly residential, but does commercial real estate as well, she said.
Racolta said they have a Syracuse office, too. They decided to open the Warsaw location because, while a lot of agents work out of their house, it’s nice to have a place to meet clients.
The R Group serves all of Kosciusko County. They did over $43 million in sales over the last 12 months. She also said they focus on providing top-notch customer service. They do staging and professional photos for clients.
Office hours are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday, but Racolta said they work every day of the week. If people call 574-268-0001, they will be able to get in contact with office staff or be transferred to an agent.
