• 3:57 a.m. Monday - Rex Edward Komoscar, 20, Plymouth, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.
• 2:08 p.m. Monday - Rema Nicole Heath, 33, Fort Wayne, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 4:11 p.m. Monday - Cole Jackson Delorey, 25, Osceola, arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer using a vehicle. Bond: $500.
• 5:15 p.m. Monday - Donald Leon Combs, 50, of 440 Wexford Place, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 5:59 p.m. Monday - Jason William Cole, 45, of 707 E. Center St., #10, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation and on a foreign warrant. No bond set.
• 12:07 a.m. Tuesday - Chandler M. Williams, 56, of 1224 Country Club Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 12:41 a.m. Tuesday - Rocky A. Brown, 50, Albion, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment. Bond: $700.
• 4:10 a.m. Tuesday - Tyler Dane Sheetz, 38, of 1076 E. Lantern Road, Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.
• 9:32 a.m. Tuesday - Aaron Lloyd Capatina, 41, Fort Wayne, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:53 a.m. Tuesday - Daven Paul Gasaway, 26, of 5774 N. 2nd St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of stolen property. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:32 a.m. Monday - Intersection of South Packerton Road and East CR 900S, Claypool. Two-car collision. Drivers: John M. Walsh, 26, East CR 900S, South Whitley; Elizabeth J. Learned, 54, North Mill Street, North Manchester. Injury: Walsh had minor bleeding to the elbow/lower arm. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 1:06 p.m. Monday - EMS W18 Lane, 40 feet east of EMS W18A Lane, North Webster. Pickup hit several trees. Driver: Braxton D. Mickem, 17, EMS W17 Lane, North Webster. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.

Incidents
• 11:13 a.m. Monday - An amplifier was reported stolen in the 200 block of EMS T25 Lane, Leesburg. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 4:45 a.m. Monday - A warrant was served in the 300 block of North Park Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:44 p.m. Monday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 2000 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:41 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication by alcohol or drugs in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:19 a.m. Tuesday - Suspicious activity was reported in the 1500 block of Park Avenue, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
