• 10:45 p.m. Monday - Jose Avila Jr., 21, of 221 N. Columbia St., #E, Warsaw, arrested for criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. Bond: $10,250.
• 12:17 a.m. Tuesday - Samuel Davis Jr., 48, of 1602 Dot St., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol, disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement. Bond; $750.
• 12:51 a.m. Tuesday - David Castillejo Jr., 22, of 422 W. Porter St., Warsaw, arrested for criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. Bond: $10,250.
• 1:51 a.m. Tuesday - Joseph Wayne Shepherd, 38, Bremen, arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug. Bond: $10,500.
• 10:40 a.m. Tuesday - Tyler Dane Sheetz, 48, of 1076 E. Lantern Road, Warsaw, arrested for felony battery with moderate bodily injury. Bond: $6,000.

Injury: A passenger in Poorman’s vehicle, Richard C. King, 47, Fort Wayne, complained of back pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 11:20 a.m. Monday - 1 Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Ernie J. Harrison, 43, Rochester; Joshua N. Eberle, 34, Attica. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 5:23 p.m. Monday - North Ind. 15, 200 feet north of Jalynn Street, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Cemille D. Murillo, 21, Goshen; Arturo V. Hernandez, 25, East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
