• 1:48 p.m. Sunday - Abraham Ali Suissi, 42, of 1058 Pike Shore Drive, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation and two charges of misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 9:19 p.m. Sunday - Jasper Lee Chivington, 25, of 766 S. Bunting Lane, Warsaw, arrested on two charges of misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 10:16 p.m. Sunday - Walter Lee Bush Jr., 21, Goshen, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $600.
• 11:06 p.m. Sunday - Jeffrey Norris Simpson, 51, of 6838 E. CR 650N, North Webster, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $10,250.
• 11:52 p.m. Sunday - Adam Christian Coppock, 30, of 8140 S. Packerton Road, Claypool, arrested for public intoxication by drugs. Bond: $400.
• 5:24 a.m. Monday - Luis Garcia-Toledo, 19, of 554 E. Main St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

• 2:04 p.m. Sunday - North Ind. 15, 340 feet north of Lyon Street, Warsaw. Van-SUV collision. Drivers: Genevieve A. Goldsmith, 19, 2nd Street, Winona Lake; Chloe E. Smith, 19, Bass Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 10:45 p.m. Sunday - East Adams Road, 40 feet south of North CR 850E, Pierceton. SUV rolled down embankment. Driver: Steven Sowles, 30, Fort Wayne. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 4:42 a.m. Monday - Intersection of North Huntington and East Boston streets, Syracuse. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Gatlyn K. Eagle, 23, North Kings Drive, Syracuse; Timothy P. Landesman, 39, West Himes Street, North Webster. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 2:46 a.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test in the 7500 block of East CR 800N, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.
• 3:48 a.m. Sunday - A reckless driver was reported in the 2500 block of North CR 500W, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:03 a.m. Sunday - Domestic battery - simple assault was reported in the 600 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:31 p.m. Sunday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 300 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:35 p.m. Sunday - A death investigation was opened in the 700 block of West Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:25 p.m. Sunday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 500 block of East Pickwick Drive, Syracuse. SPD.
• 9:59 p.m. Sunday - A warrant was served in the 6800 block of East CR 600N, North Webster. KCSO.
• 10:03 p.m. Sunday - An overdose was reported in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
