• 7:03 p.m. Tuesday - Zion Malachi Lewis, 19, of 508 W. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for felony theft. Bond: $5,250.


• 7:30 p.m. Tuesday - Severo Rosas Ramos, 45, of 201 E. Walnut St., Silver Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.


• 9:23 p.m. Tuesday - Leyon Joseph Gilliam, 50, of 7758 E. U.S. 30, #64, Pierceton, arrested on a warrant. Bond: $1,500.
