• 5:01 p.m. Tuesday - William Lewis Vining, 41, of 4079 N. Lighthouse Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension, violation of a conditional license and possession of marijuana/ hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.

• 7:03 p.m. Tuesday - Zion Malachi Lewis, 19, of 508 W. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for felony theft. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:30 p.m. Tuesday - Severo Rosas Ramos, 45, of 201 E. Walnut St., Silver Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

• 9:23 p.m. Tuesday - Leyon Joseph Gilliam, 50, of 7758 E. U.S. 30, #64, Pierceton, arrested on a warrant. Bond: $1,500.

• 11:04 p.m. Tuesday - Timothy Ray Ruggle, 49, of 513 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and disorderly conduct. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:28 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of East Market and South High streets, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Kirsten L. Mills, 59, West Ringneck Trail, Warsaw; Jeffrey A. Ticknor, 38, Shell Bark Lane, Warsaw. Injury: Ticknor complained of shoulder/upper arm pain. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
