The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 3:05 p.m. Monday - Enrique Mata Jr., 21, of 408 N. Elm St., Silver Lake, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. No bond set.

• 3:07 p.m. Monday - Michael Alan Garman, 38, of 228 N. Fort Wayne Ave., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery with moderate bodily injury. Bond: $11,000.

• 11:35 p.m. Monday - Lola Marguerite Kelly, 63, of 602 W. Winona Ave., #1, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 8:39 a.m. Tuesday - Jordan Christopher Pettit, 18, of 8978 E. Backwater Road, North Webster, arrested for theft of a motor vehicle. Bond: $5,250.



Incidents

• 7:26 a.m. Monday - A traffic offense was reported for a person operating a vehicle without financial responsibility with a prior in the 600 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:58 a.m. Monday - Fraud was reported in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 12:27 p.m. Monday - Reckless driving was reported in the 1200 block of West CR 900N, Milford. KCSO.

• 4:06 p.m. Monday - A phone was reported stolen in the 500 block of South Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
