FIDC 171 LLC (100 DeBartolo Place, Suite 400, Boardman, OH  44512) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with a Family Door located directly east of 1701 East Market Street in the City of Nappanee, Elkhart County, IN.  Run-off from the project site will discharge to the Berlin Court Ditch.  Questions or comments regarding this project should be directed to Anthony Cocca of FIDC 171 LLLC at 330-729-1010 or by email at [email protected].
