Charles F. Hartman, 84, formerly of Warsaw, passed away at 6 a.m. on Thursday, March 9, 2023, at Peabody Retirement Community in North Manchester.

Charles’ life will be celebrated with a graveside service at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 28 at Oakwood Cemetery in Warsaw and officiated by Envoy Ken Locke of The Salvation Army.  Military rites will be conducted by members of the American Legion Post #49, V.F.W. #1126, both of Warsaw, and active-duty members of the Air Force Honor Guard.
