I worked alongside Laurie Renier for five years in the Winona Lake Town Hall office prior to working for her when she took on the responsibilities as the Winona Lake clerk-treasurer in January 2022. As you might recall, she was elected through a caucus after the passing of then-Town Clerk Kent Adams in December 2021. Laurie stepped up at that time because she wanted to serve our town when it needed experienced leadership.

Laurie is one of the most honest, hard-working, community-minded people I know. Her entire career has been spent serving the public. At all times, she strives to do the “right thing,” by the book. She and husband Gary and two daughters, Olivia and Hilary, exemplify a loving family unit.  They all have servant hearts, are kind to others and are strong Christians.

For these reasons, I enthusiastically support Laurie Renier for the town of Winona Lake clerk-treasurer in the May 2nd primary election.
