• 6:23 p.m. Thursday - Troy Allen Sell, 37, of 2830 N. CR 1050W, Etna Green, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $5,250.
• 6:39 p.m. Thursday - Jeremiah Eugene Smith, 36, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, #24, Pierceton, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish with a prior and driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $700.
• 6:43 p.m. Thursday - Dustin Jeremiah Sieglinger, 39, of 9 EMS W. 38 Lane, North Webster, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish with a prior. Bond: $5,250.
• 6:59 p.m. Thursday - Douglas Patrick Watkins, 44, of 8712 E. Wesley Lane, North Webster, arrested for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug and driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $5,250.

Vandenberghe, 18, Fort Wayne. Injuries: Passenger in Charles’ vehicle, Kendal E. Opal, 18, Fort Wayne, complained of elbow/lower arm pain; passenger in Vandenberghe’s vehicle, Sonia G. Centeno-Jimene, 19, Academy Court, Warsaw, complained of shoulder/upper arm pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
