• 4:47 p.m. Wednesday - Wilemer D. Cordon Garcia, 23, of 3762 W. Old 30, #30, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:51 p.m. Wednesday - Jeffery Douglas Masterson, 53, of 1831 Sharon St., Warsaw, arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer by fleeing on foot and being a lifetime habitual traffic violator. Bond: $750.

• 9:10 p.m. Wednesday - Thomas Ray Pickerill, 52, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, #99, Pierceton, arrested for cruelty to animals. Bond: $600.

• 9:50 p.m. Wednesday - Cecil George Caudill, 47, of 9045 E. Backwater Road, North Webster, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 3:08 a.m. Thursday - Miguel Raymond Castro, 30, of 221 N. Columbia St., #A, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension, resisting a law enforcement officer using vehicle, resisting a law enforcement officer by fleeing on foot and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $20,250.

• 1:39 p.m. Thursday - Chelsi Renee Clevenger, 31, of 86 E. South St., Milford, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:03 p.m. Wednesday - A wallet was reported lost in the 3600 block of North CR 175E, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 3:44 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia in the 400 block of Wooster Road, Winona Lake. WPD.

• 5:21 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer by fleeing on foot and on a warrant in the 1800 block of Sharon Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:43 p.m. Wednesday - A warrant was served in the 600 block of West Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:21 a.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, resisting a law enforcement officer using a vehicle and resisting a law enforcement officer by fleeing on foot in the 2100 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:38 a.m. Thursday - Watercraft equipment/parts were reported stolen in the 100 block of EMS W17 Lane, North Webster. KCSO.
