• 5:09 p.m Tuesday - Geoffery Ellis Riddle, 35, of 9462 S. Ind. 19, #37, Etna Green, arrested for criminal mischief. No bond set.

• 9:44 p.m. Tuesday - Amber Nicole Cheatham, 30, Niles, Mich., arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,00.

• 8:22 a.m. Tuesday - Amanda Lynn Price, 34, of 1 EMS B37 Lane, #39, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $700.

• 6:13 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of North Colfax and East Sheridan streets, Warsaw. Van-moped collision. Drivers: Judith A. Kline, 80, West Market Street, Warsaw; Jaden W. Bullers, 18, East Sheridan Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Kline complained of pain and was treated by Lutheran EMS and was transported to Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital; Bullers was unconscious and suffered a leg injury and was transported to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne; passenger in Kline’s vehicle, Ruth D. Truman, 77, South Field Lane, Akron, complained of leg pain and transported to LKH. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 9:42 p.m. Tuesday - East U.S. 30, 400 feet west of South CR 325E, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Kenneth A. Lawson, 59, Westerville, Ohio. Injuries: Lawson complained of shoulder/upper arm pain; passenger Kimberly K. Lawson, 60, Westerville, Ohio, complained of hip/upper leg pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
