Patsy is survived by her two daughters, Deborah (Mike) Musa, Cindy (Jerry) Gackenheimer; three grandsons: Christopher (Melissa Barton) Gackenheimer, Cory (Melonie) Gackenheimer, Matthew (Christine O’Neill) Musa; and six great-grandchildren: Jackson, Eden, Jude and Ansel Gackenheimer and Mitchell and Margaret Musa.
Patsy lived a life of joy and spread it wherever she went. A celebration of her joyful life will be held on April 22 at 2 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, 179 S. Indiana St., Warsaw, with visitation an hour before the service. The public is invited to an ice cream party immediately following the service in the church basement.
