• 3:35 p.m. Monday - Nikita Deseree Nelson, 24, of 775 S. CR 900E, Akron, arrested for theft of a firearm. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:47 p.m. Monday - Juan Ramirez, 50, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #19, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 5:45 p.m. Monday - Travis Joel Britanyak, 31, Wabash, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 9:49 p.m. Monday - Todd James Swanson, 36, of 205 E. Main St., Atwood, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 7:24 p.m. Monday - Brian R. Glover, 58, of 8601 E. Hatchery Road, Syracuse, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.

• 11:13 p.m. Monday - Jocelyn Marie Anderson, 21, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #137, Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $500.

• 2:45 a.m. Tuesday - Anthony Thomas Koscher, 44, South Bend, arrested for possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.

• 7:48 a.m. Tuesday - Todd Henry Shumaker, 38, of 712 South Side Drive, Warsaw, arrested for visiting a common nuisance and felon in possession of a firearm. Bond: $5,250.

Emmons, 35, Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Injury: Emmons complained of chest pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 7:52 a.m. Monday - String trimmer and leaf blower combo kit, recreational/sports equipment, an outboard boat motor, lawn/yard/garden equipment and tools were reported stolen in the 6000 block of North CR 450E, Leesburg. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 3:14 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension in the 200 block of South Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:22 p.m. Monday - A juvenile complaint was reported in the 200 block of Chamberlin Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:34 p.m. Monday - Theft of a firearm was reported in the 5100 block of West CR 1350N, Nappanee. KCSO.

• 8:36 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated in the 1800 block of Cambridge Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:19 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 400 block of East Pope Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:20 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and unlawful carrying of a handgun in the 3800 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:20 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug in the 2800 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:13 a.m. Tuesday - A traffic offense was reported for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 500 block of Webber Street, Warsaw. WPD.
