• 10:21 a.m. Tuesday- Lindsay Powell, 38, South Bend, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:56 a.m. Tuesday - Rachel Elizabeth Oldaker, 36, of 1010 E. Center St., #3, Warsaw, arrested on two charges of misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 2:30 p.m. Tuesday - Tasha Marie Bratten, 33, homeless, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.

• 3:58 p.m. Tuesday - Wilman Cordon-Garcia, 38, of 3762 W. Old 30, lot 65, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

• 10:22 p.m. Tuesday - Dustin J. Milton, 42, of 552 W. Walnut St., Pierceton, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish with a prior, operating a vehicle while intoxicated operating or permitting operation of a motor vehicle without financial responsibility. Bond: $700.

• 2:30 a.m. Wednesday - Devon Pete Poe, 35, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, lot 59, Pierceton, arrested for domestic battery with moderate bodily injury. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:17 a.m. Tuesday - 3592 E. CR 750N, Leesburg. SUV hit parked vehicle registered to Ritchie Installation, Fort Wayne. Driver: Christopher Courtois, 31, Latta Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 1:04 p.m. Tuesday - East Old 30, 1,500 feet west of South Brallier Road, Pierceton. SUV hit turkey. Driver: Travis L. Pequignot, 42, Columbia City. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

• 7:05 p.m. Tuesday - 1130 Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Heather L. Ansley, 40, St. Louis, Mo.; Gretchen A. Rettinger, 40, 11th Road, Bourbon. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:20 a.m. Tuesday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person in possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish in the 100 block of U.S. 30, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:24 a.m. Tuesday - Reckless driving was reported in the 300 block of West Broadway Street, Etna Green. Mentone Police Department investigated.

• 8:35 p.m. Tuesday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 1300 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:18 a.m. Wednesday - A bicycle was reported found in the 200 block of Argonne Road, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:23 a.m. Wednesday - A domestic complaint was reported in the 500 block of North Union Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:31 a.m. Wednesday - A traffic offense for a person in violation of a conditional license was reported in the 1700 block of East Kosciusko Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
