• 10:58 a.m. Monday - John Gregory Reece, 44, of 3762 W. Old 30, #21W, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 4:19 p.m. Monday - Luz Eleida Colon, 47, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 5:46 p.m. Monday - Gerardo Sanchez, 32, of 508 N. Parkway Drive, #A, Syracuse, arrested for felony probation violation and foreign warrant. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:56 a.m. Monday - Intersection of South Wood and East Market streets, Warsaw. Tractor-semi-trailer hit phone lines. Driver: Rocky L. Baldridge, 54, Roanoke. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 7:01 p.m. Monday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and North CR 150W, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Bruce E. Yeazel, 34, East Center Street, Warsaw; Michael C. Damron, 30, South Main Street, Etna Green. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 10:46 p.m. Monday - Recreational/sports equipment was reported stolen in the 1100 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:20 a.m. Tuesday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person in possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish in the 100 block of U.S. 30, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:52 p.m. Tuesday - A Hoosier Works card was reported found in the 800 block of North Harrison Street, Warsaw. WPD.
