• 3:34 a.m. Sunday - Delano Touriq Shumpert, 22, of 904 N. Washington St., Bourbon, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 3:48 a.m. Sunday - Brandon Devante Smith, 24, of 506 S. Manor Drive, Syracuse, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
