T.L. Jackson announced the promotion of Dave Jones from onsite foreman to project manager. Jones is a lifelong construction tradesman with an emphasis on fine trim carpentry. He brings a down to earth, hardworking attitude to every job. He spends time on each job site interacting with customers, field staff and subcontractors to make the project run efficiently.

Luke Jackson has been promoted to project manager, overseeing the day-to-day construction process. He works hard to keep each job moving at an efficient pace while making sure that the job sites are properly maintained. He has been with T.L. Jackson for four years. Previously he worked at Mission Contracting for nine years.

Ben Jackson has been promoted to project manager. As a project manager, his focus is to ensure that all tasks are accurately completed in a timely manner. “He strives to provide our buyers with the best experience possible during the construction process,” the release states. Jackson has been with the company for four years and worked in construction for years prior to joining the team.

Michelle Dailey is the new controller, taking over for Lori Smoker who retired after nearly 20 years with T.L. Jackson. In this position Dailey will oversee financing, billing and daily accounting activities. She acts as liaison for the customer with the financial institution. This allows a smooth transition from project planning to move-in day. “Michelle just started at the company in June and is excelling in her position,” according to the release. Before coming to T.L. Jackson, Dailey worked as a tax accountant at Baden, Gage & Schroeder in Fort Wayne for 21 years.

Sam Jackson has been promoted from superintendent to estimator. “In this position, he will work behind the scenes with cost estimating as well as obtaining permits for projects. His attention to detail provides our customers with an accurate project budget,” the release states. Previously Jackson worked at Leatherman Supply in sales, warehouse and as a cabinet installer.

Brittany Miller is the new office manager, taking over for Lori Rebman who was promoted to scheduler. Miller is the first point of contact when calling or visiting the office. She also oversees social media and marketing. “We appreciate Brittany’s willingness to assist in many areas of the company,” the release added. Prior to working at T.L. Jackson, she was an administrative assistant at Oaklawn Psychiatric Center in South Bend. Miller has been with T.L. Jackson since March.

T.L. Jackson also announced the promotion of Lori Rebman from office manager to scheduler. She has been with T.L. Jackson for 3-1/2 years. As scheduler, Rebman will work closely with the construction team, including project managers and contractors, to develop and update schedules throughout the home building process. “We appreciate Lori’s hard work and great communication,” the release states.  Prior to working at T.L. Jackson, Rebman was the office manager at Northeastern Indiana CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates).
