• 1:05 p.m. Tuesday - Tasha Marie Bratten, 33, of 602 S. McClellan St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 1:54 p.m. Tuesday - East CR 450N, 1,000 feet east of North CR 1000E, Warsaw. Car hit utility pole. Driver: Naomi C. McNight, 21, East Market Street, Warsaw. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 2:08 p.m. Tuesday - 921 Connection Circle, Winona Lake. SUV hit parked vehicle registered to Jodi M. Nakasone, South CR 350E, Warsaw. Driver: Calla J. Andrews, 57, South CR 500E, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 8:19 p.m. Tuesday - Wooster Road, 100 feet west of Connection Circle, Winona Lake. Car hit deer. Driver: Jason H. Davis, 50, Shawnee, Kan. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WLPD.

• 7:55 a.m. Tuesday - An investigation was initiated for a person operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more with a prior in the 7200 block of East U.S. 30, Pierceton. KCSO.

• 2:30 p.m. Tuesday - Invasion of privacy was reported in the 300 block of North Jefferson Street, Silver Lake. Silver Lake Police Department investigated.

• 8:05 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 1000 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:01 a.m. Wednesday - Theft of a motor vehicle was reported in the 700 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. KCSO.
