• 1:29 p.m. Monday - Quinshawn Montae Patterson, 32, Chicago, arrested for operating a motor vehicle whilie intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 1:33 p.m. Monday - Daniel Lee Royster, 44, Valparaiso, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 2:05 p.m. Monday - Jerry Joe Johnson, 58, of 6511 W. CR 100S, Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement. Bond: $500.

• 2:15 p.m. Monday - Eliza E. Centeno Ayala, 24, South Bend, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 2:30 p.m. Monday - Ryan Christopher Waggoner, 26, of 903 E. Lincoln St., Nappanee, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $600.

• 5:24 a.m. Tuesday - Jeffery Allen Fuller, 39, of 802 E. Main St., Silver Lake, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.

• 9:33 p.m. Monday - Jerry Dewayne Newton, 53, of 3487 E. CR 750N, Leesburg, arrested for operating a vehicle with blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more. Bond: $700.

• 1:37 p.m. Tuesday - Sharica Renee Clark, 39, Niles, Mich., arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

Roberts, 45, West Dawn Drive, Silver Lake. Injury: Collins complained of head pain; Roberts complained of shoulder/upper arm pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:44 p.m. Tuesday - North CR 250E, 100 feet south of East CR 550N, Leesburg. Car hit deer. Driver: Tyler G. Larrew, 30, East Evergreen Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 10:03 p.m. Monday - A warrant was served in the 600 block of North Park Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:55 a.m. Tuesday - Drugs were reported found in the 11800 block of North Robin Hood Road, Cromwell. KCSO.
