• 5:32 p.m. Friday - Marco Antonio Malagon, 33, of 1822 Crescent Drive, Warsaw, arrested for being a lifetime habitual traffic violator. No bond listed.

• 7:23 p.m. Friday - Michael Edward Alberson, 60, Goshen, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more. Bond: $700.

• 12:43 a.m. Saturday - Quentin John Maahs, 18, of 4221 Heron Blvd., Warsaw, arrested for consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $600.

• 8:52 a.m. Saturday - Terry Joseph Marsillett, 45, of 219 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant. Bond: $5,000.

• 6:35 p.m. Saturday - Katilin Rena Howard, 18, of 107 N. Main St., Milford, arrested  for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. No bond set.

• 12:12 p.m. Saturday - Dallas Bailey, 47, of 2103 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic presence in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $1,000.

• 2:44 a.m. Sunday - Louis Enrique Meyo Paredes, 28, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #76, Warsaw, arrested on operating a vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.

• 2:44 a.m. Sunday - Katherine Ann Harris, 39, of 300 W. High St., Syracuse, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.

• 3:58 a.m. Sunday - Taylor Lane Watson, 27, Mishawaka, arrested for false informing. Bond: $600.

• 4:10 a.m. Sunday - Chandler Michael McPheters, 24, Fort Wayne, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.

• 9:08 a.m. Sunday - Joshua Robert Gee, 21, of 7790 E. Cherokee Road, Syracuse, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 4:33 p.m. Friday - East CR 75N, 100 feet west of North CR 175E, Warsaw. Motorcycle lost control and went into ditch. Driver: Bert L. Gibson, 68, East Burkhart Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Gibson had multiple abrasions and a compound fracture to his ankle. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
