Columbia City at Warsaw
Warsaw picked up a nonconference win over Columbia City Tuesday night and did so in dominant fashion, winning 3-0 (25-11, 25-12, 25-15) at home. The Tigers are now 12-6 this fall.
Melaina Hawblitzel led the team with two aces and finished second on the squad with nine kills. Avery Hales dished out 23 assists in the match. Warsaw’s next game is Thursday at Plymouth.
LaVille at Tippecanoe Valley
Tippecanoe Valley volleyball moved back to .500 with a 3-1 (25-18, 24-26, 25-18, 25-20) victory over LaVille at home Tuesday night. The Lady Vikings are now 6-6 this season.
Mackaylie Costello was very busy with ten kills and six blocks. Avery Wagoner had 45 assists. Tippecanoe Valley takes on Manchester Thursday night.
Manchester at Rochester
Manchester suffered its seventh straight loss Tuesday night, falling 3-0 (20-25, 23-25, 24-26) on the road at Rochester. The Lady Squires are now 4-11 this season.
Olivia Davis and Olivia Neal both had six kills to lead the team. Neal also had two aces and eleven assists. Marley Bellinger had 23 digs. Manchester travels to Akron to play Tippy Valley Thursday.
Whitko at Central Noble
Whitko picked up win number eight in a row Tuesday night, defeating Central Noble 3-0 (25-21, 25-19, 25-20). The Lady ‘Cats are now 15-1 this season.
Audra Brandenburg led the team with eight kills. Abby Frank had 12 digs and Morgan Howard had 18 assists. Whitko takes on Southwood Thursday.
Triton at Elkhart Christian
Triton dropped a nonconference match against Elkhart Christian Tuesday, falling 3-2 (17-25, 25-16, 18-25, 25-14, 14-16) on the road. The Trojans are now 11-5 this season.
Addyson Viers had 23 kills on the night. Kinsey Atkins had 25 digs to lead the team. Triton’s next game is Thursday against Bethany Christian.
Boys Soccer
Warsaw at NorthWood
Warsaw suffered its first defeat of the season Tuesday night on the road at NorthWood, falling 1-0. The Tigers are now 10-1-1 this fall. Warsaw will look to get back in the win column next Thursday at Goshen.
Huntington North at Manchester
Manchester won its fourth game in a row Tuesday evening, defeating Huntington North 3-2 at home. The Squires are now 9-1-1 this season.
Michael Ortiz, Tyler McLain and Roberto Iaione all scored goals for Manchester, with Iaione also picking up an assist. The Squires take on Lakeland Christian Tuesday.
Culver Community at Lakeland Christian
Lakeland Christian continued its winning ways with a 3-1 victory over Culver Community Tuesday. The Cougars are now 4-6.
Aiden Yoder, Jashawn Zielasko and Zeb Stills all scored goals for LCA. The Cougars totaled 15 shots on goal. Lakeland Christian takes on Westville on Friday.

Wawasee dropped its fourth straight match Tuesday, dropping an away game to Columbia City 3-0. The Warriors are now 1-6-3 and play their next game Thursday against Elkhart Christian.

Due to Tuesday’s rain, Warsaw and Wawasee faced off at the Eastlake Tennis Center, where the Tigers picked up a 4-1 victory.
All three singles players took victories for the Tigers, led by No. 2 singles player Ted Grandon’s 6-1, 6-2 win. Wawasee’s lone victory came in No. 1 doubles, when Jay Duncan and Ty Brooks earned a 4-6, 6-4, 6-3 win.
