Northridge at Warsaw

WARSAW – Warsaw remains perfect in Northern Lakes Conference play after a 3-0 (25-13, 25-15, 25-14) victory over Northridge Tuesday. The Tigers are now 10-3, 3-0 in the NLC.

Delaney Silveus had a great night serving, leading the team with three aces. Senior Avery Hales was honored pregame for reaching 3,000 assists for her career last Thursday. She would lead the team with 26 in this one. Senior Kaylee Weeks had 14 kills.

The Tigers are on the road for a tournament this weekend.

Tippecanoe Valley at North Miami

DENVER, Ind. – Tippecanoe Valley is back at .500 in Three Rivers Conference play after defeating North Miami 3-1 (25-23, 26-28, 28-26, 25-21) in a very closely contested match Tuesday. The Lady Vikings are now 4-5, 2-2 in the TRC. The team is back in action Thursday at Triton.

Triton at North Judson

NORTH JUDSON – Triton volleyball won its seventh game in a row Tuesday, defeating North Judson 3-1 (25-23, 17-25, 25-15, 25-22). The Trojans are now 8-1, 3-0 in the Hoosier North Athletic Conference.

Addyson Viers led the team in kills once again, racking up 25. Hannah Snyder had 21 assists and Kinsey Atkins had 23 digs. Triton hosts Tippecanoe Valley Thursday night.

Manchester at Columbia City

COLUMBIA CITY – Manchester volleyball suffered its fifth straight loss Tuesday, falling 3-0 (15-25, 18-25, 21-25) in a nonconference matchup with Columbia City. The Lady Squires are now 4-9 this fall.

Paxton Baker led the team in digs with 15. Olivia Davis had six kills. Manchester travels to Whitko to take on the Lady ‘Cats Thursday.

Whitko at Peru

PERU, Ind. – Whitko volleyball is still undefeated in TRC play after defeating Peru 3-0 (25-14, 25-21, 25-26) Tuesday night. The Lady ‘Cats are now 9-1 with a 3-0 record in the TRC. The team hosts Mancheser Thursday.

Boys Soccer

Mishawaka at Warsaw

WARSAW – Warsaw’s fantastic start to the season reached a new high Tuesday night, as the Tigers dismantled Mishawaka 12-0 to improve to 9-0-1 and 3-0 in the NLC.

The Tigers scored eleven of their goals in the first half. Warsaw will look to remain unbeaten Thursday night when the team hosts Penn.

Manchester at Rochester

ROCHESTER – Manchester soccer remains in first place in the TRC after a dominant 9-0 win over Rochester Tuesday. The Squires are now 6-1-1, 4-0 in the TRC.

Two players combined to score all nine goals for Manchester. Michael Ortiz scored five goals, and Tyler McLain scored four. McLain also got an assist on one of Ortiz’s goals. Manchester travels to Converse to take on Oak Hill Monday.

NorthWood at Wawasee

SYRACUSE – Wawasee soccer finished its NLC match with NorthWood with its first tie of the season after a 1-1 result. The Warriors are now 5-2-1, 1-0-1 in the NLC.

The lone Wawasee goal was scored by Xavier Washington. The Warriors host Lakeland on Thursday.

North Miami at Tippecanoe Valley

AKRON – Tippecanoe Valley boys soccer picked up its first TRC win of the season Tuesday, defeating North Miami 6-0 at home. The Vikings are now 4-3, 1-3 in the TRC.

Jonathan Ruiz and Gio Arriaga both picked up braces for Tippy Valley, scoring two goals each. Ruiz also helped generate some additional offense with three assists. Eric Eikenberry also added a goal.

The Vikings are back in action Thursday at Marion.

Girls Soccer

Warsaw at Mishawaka

MISHAWAKA – Warsaw girls soccer also earned a huge win against Mishawaka Tuesday, defeating the Cavemen 7-0 on the road. The Tigers are now 6-2-2 this season, 4-0 and in first place in the NLC.

Lola Pepper scored two goals for Warsaw. Sophia Johnson had two assists. The Tigers are back in play Thursday at Concord.

Wabash at Manchester

NORTH MANCHESTER – Manchester girls soccer opened up TRC play with a win, defeating Wabash 3-1 at home. The Lady Squires are now 3-4-1 this season, 1-0 in the TRC.

Aymia Miller, Hannah Eberly and Molly Schannep were Manchester’s three goal scorers. The Lady Squires will stay at home for their next game Thursday against Eastbrook.

Boys Tennis

Warsaw at Northridge

MIDDLEBURY – Warsaw tennis suffered a conference loss at the hands of Northridge Tuesday, dropping its match 4-1.

The Tigers lone winner came in the No. 1 singles match, where Drew Ryser won 6-1, 6-0. Warsaw is on the road Thursday against Fort Wayne Canterbury.

Triton at Tippecanoe Valley

AKRON – Tippecanoe Valley emerged victorious in a nonconference matchup between two area teams Tuesday, defeating Triton 5-0.

Dylan Neese took the victory in No. 1 singles for the Vikings, winning 6-1, 6-0. No. 2 singles player Cameron Manuel picked up a 6-0, 6-0 win.

Both Tippy Valley and Triton are on the road Thursday, with the Trojans at Bremen and the Vikings at Lewis Cass.

Girls Golf

Tippecanoe Valley/Northridge at John Glenn

WALKERTON – Tippecanoe Valley girls golf finished in second place in a three-way match with John Glenn and Northridge Tuesday, shooting a 194, four strokes behind winners Northridge. The Lady Vikings are back in action Thursday at Maconaquah.
