    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-2106-MF-000022, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Structured Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OPT1 was Plaintiff, and Bonny Warren, DCS Mortgage, Inc., a California Corporation, Mariners Capital, Inc., Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority, Lakeland Regional Sewer District, State of Indiana, Department of Revenue, Collection Division, IN Receivables Inc., assignee of Cashcall, Inc., Wawasee Community School Corp, Money Matters Pro Collections, LLC, Lake City Bank and United States Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Indiana were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder on the 25th day of October, 2022, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., with a closing time of 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    A tract of land lying in the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 33 North, Range 7 East, and better described as follows:

    Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot Number 1 in the Sunrise Point Addition on Irish Lake, a plat in Kosciusko County and running thence South 36 degrees 07 minutes West, along Robert Lewis Road, 185.0 feet; thence North 85 degrees 37 minutes East, 98.25 feet; thence North 63 degrees 08 minutes East 98.25 feet to the inside corner of a concrete seawall; thence North 36 degrees 07 minutes East, 34.2 feet; along the water's edge of a Boat Channel, to the Southwest line of said Lot Number 1; thence North 53 degrees 53 minutes west along the lot line, 120.0 feet to the point of beginning.

    Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
