Trailside Storage LLC (2271 N Detroit Street, Warsaw IN 46580) is submitting a Notice of Intent to inform the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of their intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5) for the discharge of stormwater from construction activities associated with a new storage unit facility located at the 900 Block of Executive Blvd, Warsaw, Indiana 46580. The project will include four storage unit buildings, paved access drives, and perimeter security fencing. Improvements are in Section 31, Township 33 North, Range 06 East, in Kosciusko County, Indiana. Construction is scheduled to commence in September 2022 and should be completed by May 2023. Runoff from the project site will discharge into the Tippecanoe River.
