• 2:49 p.m. Monday - Michelle Renee Garcia, 48, of 24 EMS R4B1 Lane, Pierceton, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:55 p.m. Monday - Morris Patrick, 58, of 105 N. Franklin St., Sidney, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.

• 3:15 p.m. Monday - Thomas Daniel Rensberger, 46, of 920 Anchorage Road, lot 96, Warsaw, arrested for a drug court violation. No bond set.

• 4:57 p.m. Monday - Heather L. Harrison, 45, of 12 EMS B18B Lane, Syracuse, arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:08 p.m. Monday - East CR 450N, 2,000 feet west of North CR 375E, Warsaw. Moped hit Kosciusko REMC utility pole. Driver: Cecelia R. Baist, 18, EMS C29A Lane, Warsaw. Injury: Baist was unconscious when first responders arrived at the scene and was transported to a hospital by air ambulance. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
