At this time, I would like to clarify that the Animal Welfare League is not endorsing a particular candidate for the Kosciusko County sheriff. Regardless of who is elected, we hope to continue our partnership involving the county’s Jail Chemical Addition Program (JCAP). We strongly believe that JCAP is an important part of a participant’s path to recovery while benefiting shelter pets in need.
