• 2:54 p.m. Tuesday - Megan Katherine Hooper, 32, of 2546 Parent Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug, felony failure to appear, theft with a prior conviction and two charges of misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 5:31 p.m. Tuesday - Beth Nicole Davis, 31, of 706 S. Thwaits Court, Syracuse, arrested for forgery, theft and felony theft. No bond set.

• 9:59 p.m. Tuesday - Hector Loyola Sanchez, 57, of 1318 W. Sycamore Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 10:41 p.m. Tuesday - Rebecca Ranshell Hendrix, 33, of 272 E. Nelson Drive, Milford, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 11:42 a.m. Tuesday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 2100 block of Dubois Drive, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 2:05 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested on making a false identity statement, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia in the 200 block of North Washington Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:59 p.m. Tuesday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 2400 block of Jalynn Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:21 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated in the 500 block of West Railroad Avenue, Syracuse. SPD.

• 9:02 p.m. Tuesday - An investigation was opened for a person operating a vehicle while intoxicated in the 200 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
