• 4:30 p.m. Monday - Jose Luis Cuahuizo, 26, of 2441 W. CR 250S, lot 71, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 4:49 p.m. Monday - Justin Billy Ottinger, 38, Columbia City, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $15,250.

• 6:13 p.m. Monday - Jon Phillip Lackey, 53, of 212 E. Pleasant St., Etna Green, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.
