• 11:47 p.m. Sunday - Tyrelle Deshawn Hunt, 28, of 920 Anchorage Road, lot 41, Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement and on a foreign warrant. No bond set.

• 12:41 a.m. Monday - Justin Ray Morgan, 40, of 3354 James Way Court, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage crash. No bond set.

• 10:50 a.m. Monday - Terry L. Hughes II, 35, of 506 W. Main St., Silver Lake, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 12:07 p.m. Monday - Thomas Neal Sinn, 53, Elkhart, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 1:01 p.m. Monday - Todd Lee Dickey, 52, of 1907 Robin Drive, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 1:28 p.m. Monday - Jason David Hoover, 37, New Paris, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

• 2:57 p.m. Sunday - East CR 250N, 564 feet east of North Douglas Street, Warsaw. Car went into ditch, rolled over and hit a Kosciusko REMC utility pole. Driver: Jesus M. Lopez, 22, East CR 200N, Warsaw. Injury: Lopez complained of pain to his entire body. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 7:57 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of West CR 900N and North CR 300W, Milford. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Miriam E. Simpson, 25, East County Line Road, Bourbon; David L. Nordman, 57, Rochester. Injury: Simpson complained of shoulder/upper arm pain. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 8:15 p.m. Sunday - East CR 100S, 2,500 feet east of South CR 325E, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Shawn M. McAfoose, 31, North Old Ind. 15, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 3:15 p.m. Sunday - Money and a cell phone were reported stolen in the 300 block of East Prairie Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:27 p.m. Sunday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 100 block of North Miami Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:46 p.m. Sunday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person resisting law enforcement using a vehicle in the 9200 block of East Doswell Boulevard, Cromwell. KCSO.
