• 12:41 a.m. Monday - Justin Ray Morgan, 40, of 3354 James Way Court, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage crash. No bond set.

Lopez, 22, East CR 200N, Warsaw. Injury: Lopez complained of pain to his entire body. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 7:57 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of West CR 900N and North CR 300W, Milford. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Miriam E. Simpson, 25, East County Line Road, Bourbon; David L. Nordman, 57, Rochester.
