• 2:31 p.m. Tuesday - James Carl Alexander, 35, of 2307 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery. No bond set.

• 2:54 p.m. Tuesday - Frank Thomas Rocha, 42, of 711 North Side Drive, Warsaw, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:29 p.m. Tuesday - Travon Johnson, 23, Hammond, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $15,250.

• 4:30 p.m. Tuesday - Misty Ann Kern, 42, of 704 E. Center St., #B, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear and theft with a prior conviction. Bond: $10,000.

• 9:08 a.m. Wednesday - Danny Ray Cook Jr., 42, of 14448 E. CR 100S, Akron, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear and possession of methamphetamine. No bond set.

• 10:41 a.m. Wednesday - Kurt Ryan Carter, 34, of 12330 N. Creek Bend Lane, Milford, arrested on two charges of felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 10:56 a.m. Tuesday - West Ind. 25, 1,000 feet west of South CR 780W, Mentone. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: John W. Francis, 76, Center Street, Burket; Jamie L. Alvarez, 36, West CR 200N, Etna Green. Damage: $750-$1,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 8:44 a.m. Tuesday - A bicycle was reported found in the 200 block of North Fort Wayne Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:27 a.m. Tuesday - A warrant was served in the 2300 block of North CR 150W, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:36 p.m. Tuesday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 200 block of South Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:14 p.m. Tuesday - A trash can was reported stolen in the 500 block of South Washington Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:57 a.m. Wednesday - A disturbance/argument/fight was reported in the 4200 block of North Basswood Drive, Warsaw. KCSO.
