First Federal Savings Bank Announces New Hire And Promotions

Ben Capper joined the First Federal Savings Bank team as vice president of commercial lending and business development. He graduated from IPFW. Capper has been in the banking industry for 14 years with 10 of those years being in commercial lending. He works with clients and prospective clients in all areas of banking and lending to help their businesses grow in the Northern Indiana region.

Matt Guhl has accepted the position of commercial banking portfolio manager/treasury management at the Southwest Fort Wayne location. Guhl graduated with a double major in finance and business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Jamie Rudicel has accepted the position as commercial banking portfolio manager/treasury management at the Huntington North location. Rudicel has been with First Federal Savings Bank for 10 years and has held various positions in the bank.
