• 7:19 p.m. Friday - Andrew Jorge Cook, 39, of 327 E. High St., Etna Green, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:54 p.m. Friday - Alexandria Danielle Arriola, 29, of 2198 W. Union St., Claypool, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $500.

• 12:47 a.m. Saturday - Amanda Kay Patrick, 32, of 111 N. Fourth St., Pierceton, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16, strangulation and misdemeanor battery causing bodily injury. Bond: $6,000.

• 12:59 a.m. Saturday - Josh Ray Larrison, 47, Tippecanoe, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension, possession of methamphetamine and operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility with a prior. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:01 a.m. Saturday - Holly Michele Gilliam, 41, of 501 Neer Drive, Silver Lake, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond.

• 8:39 a.m. Saturday - Niya Nichole Sainer, 31, of 919 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or higher. Bond: $700.

• 3:32 p.m. Saturday - Thomas Murray Zumbrun, 37, Anderson, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $600.

• 4:24 p.m. Saturday - Hector Hinojosa Jr., 52, of 1520 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol. Bond: $600.

• 6:52 p.m. Saturday - Steven T. Prater, 40, of 5097 E. Pierceton Road, Pierceton, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:59 a.m. Sunday - Luis Angel Velazquez, 19, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for minor possession of alcohol and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

 

Personal Injury Accident

• 2:07 p.m. Friday - Intersection of Zimmer Road and Zimmer Lane, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Jennier Jimenez, 21, West CR 250S, Warsaw; Stephanie Hardt, 75, South Ind. 25, Warsaw. Injury: Hardt complained of pain to the head and was taken to Parkview Warsaw for evaluation. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:58 p.m. Friday - West Levi Lee Road, 400 feet west of West Edgewood Drive, Warsaw. Unknown vehicle hit mo-ped and left the scene. Driver of mo-ped: David A. Rangel, 73, North Allen Lane, Warsaw. Injury: Rangel suffered minor bleeding to the head and was taken to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne as a trauma precaution. Damage: $750-$1,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 2:09 p.m. Friday - Shelden Street, 345 feet south of Petro Drive, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Cecilia A. De Miller, 69, Fort Wayne; Brooke M. Van Middendorp, 32, West Lake Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 7:23 a.m. Saturday - Intersection of West Lake Street and North Zimmer Road, Warsaw. Car hit Kosciusko County Highway Department landscape and sign. Driver: Niya N. Sainer, 31, East Market Street, Warsaw. Sainer was arrested for driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.

• 11:14 a.m. Saturday - U.S. 30, 682 feet west of Old Road 30, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Hunter D. Laut, 20, Rochester; Brandy Hamman, 44, South Waxwing Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 5:33 p.m. Thursday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 900 block of Oak Brook Place, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:44 p.m. Thursday - A runaway was reported in the 1200 block of Wooster Road, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 9:19 p.m. Thursday - Domestic battery was reported in the 3200 block of Cabot Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:30 p.m. Thursday - Identity documents, money and a purse, handbag/wallet were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:21 p.m. Thursday - A temporary license plate was reported stolen in the 400 block of Clinic Court, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:52 p.m. Friday - A juvenile runaway was reported in the 4800 block of North Brookfield Circle East, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 1:34 a.m. Saturday - A warrant was served in the 3300 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:09 a.m. Saturday - A welfare check and emergency detention order were conducted in the 200 block of Lakeland Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:23 a.m. Saturday - A motor vehicle crash was reported in the 1900 block of Zimmer Road, Warsaw. The driver was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. KCSO.

• 3:20 p.m. Saturday - A person intoxicated by alcohol in public was reported in the 100 block of South Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:35 a.m. Sunday - A vehicle crash where the driver had consumed alcohol and was a minor was reported in the 5100 block of West Old Road 30, Warsaw. KCSO.
