The Kosciusko County Livestock Judging Team competed in a national livestock contest in Kansas City, Mo., in late October. The team placed sixth of the 18 teams that competed. Team members competing were Mallory Bowers, Landon Bewley and Caleb Lechlitner. The team earned the trip by finishing third in the state contest in May. The team was sixth high team in hogs, 10th high team in cattle, 10th high team in sheep and fifth in oral reasons. Individually, Bewley was seventh high in hogs, Lechlitner was sixth in cattle. The team is coached by Kraig Bowers and Michael Jones.
