NORTH MANCHESTER – Derek Stouder, Warsaw, has been awarded the Mary L. Myerly Reece-Groff Scholarship at Manchester University.

The Whitko High School graduate is majoring in digital media arts at the North Manchester campus.

This endowed scholarship fund was established in 2001 through a bequest by Mary Reece-Groff. Reece-Groff was member of the Manchester College Class of 1933 and a life-long friend of the University. She was a teacher in the Warsaw school system for many years. Earnings from the fund provide financial assistance to worthy Manchester University students.
