• 5:04 p.m. Tuesday - Cody Michael Meyers, 29, Fort Wayne, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 5:53 p.m. Tuesday - Terra Ann Trytko, 44, of 417 N. Walnut St., Etna Green, arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer using a vehicle. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:17 p.m. Tuesday - Gustavo Pizano Yepez, 43, of 1615 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol, disorderly conduct and misdemeanor battery. No bond set.

• 9:35 p.m. Tuesday - Frank Basicl Roller, 51, of 9795 E. Chickadee Drive, Cromwell, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 11:19 p.m. Tuesday - Michael Johnathan Stump, 55, of 1801 Crescent Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. No bond set.

• 11:43 p.m. Tuesday - Brenda Darlene Stump, 62, of 1801 Crescent Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:56 a.m. Wednesday - James Lee Koser, 27, of 501 Oldfather St., Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 12:30 p.m. Wednesday - Vidat Landa Moreno, 55, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, lot 88, Warsaw, arrested for fraud. Bond: $450.

• 1:54 p.m. Wednesday - Franklin Dean Hibshman Jr., 33, Columbia City, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:38 p.m. Tuesday - North Ind. 19, 800 feet north of West CR 450N, Etna Green. After hitting an unoccupied vehicle, a car was pursued by police, had all tires deflated and hit tree stump. Driver: Terra A. Trytko, 44, North Walnut Street, Etna Green. Injury: Trytko had minor bleeding to the face. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 11:04 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Rail and East Market streets, Pierceton. Car got stuck on railroad tracks. Driver: Sydney L. Walters, 26, East Old Trail Road, Larwill. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Pierceton Police Department investigated.

• 2:25 p.m. Tuesday - 3605 N. Ind. 19, Etna Green. Car hit unoccupied vehicle registered to Janice Chaney, Wakarusa. Driver: Terra A. Trytko, 44, North Walnut Street, Etna Green. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.
