• 6:45 p.m. Tuesday - Matthew Craig Maser, 35, Roann, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 6:56 p.m. Tuesday - William John Allen Heerschop, 29, of 1202 E. Center St., #A, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in the body - first offense. Bond: $700.
• 8:45 p.m. Tuesday - Tyler Lee Landrum, 24, of 102 Millers Drive, #11, Mentone, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450.
