• 7:35 p.m. Sunday - Kyle Thomas Michaelson, 31, of 4996 S. CR 900W, Mentone, arrested for driving while suspended and being a felon in possession of a firearm. No bond set.

Injuries: Puga complained of neck pain; a passenger in Puga’s vehicle, Guillermo Alvarez, 40, Fort Wayne, had a contusion to the abdomen/pelvis. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
