• 3:31 p.m. Monday - Christina Paige Powers, 32, of 1957 Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $6,000.

• 5:06 p.m. Monday - Toshia Ann Day, 39, Goshen, arrested for cruelty to animals. Bond: $500.

• 6:16 p.m. Monday - Cole Edward Powell, 21, of 712 W. Portland St., Syracuse, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:50 p.m. Monday - Shanna Marie Griffith, 46, of 221 N. Main St., North Webster, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia. No bond set.

• 11:15 p.m. Monday - Joseph Scott Chaffins, 25, of 8991 E. CR 350N, Pierceton, arrested for resisting law enforcement. Bond: $750.

• 2:17 a.m. Tuesday - La Ronn Eugene Williams, 48, South Bend, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension and invasion of privacy. No bond set.

• 10:04 a.m. Tuesday - Robert James Brubaker, 38, of 5742 S. Lake Shore Drive, #W, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear and felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 1:27 p.m. Tuesday - Drent Byron Reynolds, 45, of 6179 E. CR 400S, Pierceton, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $500.

• 7:29 a.m. Monday - A death investigation was opened in the 7200 block of East Blacks Court South, North Webster. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 6:37 p.m. Monday - A suicide attempt was reported in the 1200 block of Wooster Road, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 6:56 p.m. Monday - Identity documents were reported stolen from a motor vehicle in the 1600 block of East CR 200N, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 8:53 p.m. Monday - Identity documents were reported stolen in the 100 block of Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 10:34 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for resisting law enforcement in the 700 block of South Main Street, North Webster. KCSO.

• 1:14 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension and invasion of privacy in the 400 block of West CR 250N, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:32 a.m. Tuesday - Theft of a vehicle was reported in the 300 block of North Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.
