NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1912-MF-000153 wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Joseph L. Criswell and Deborah J. Criswell, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of June, 2022, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Tract I: A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 32 North, Range 7 East, Washington Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at that point where the West line of said Section 21 intersects with the South line of the right of way of U.S. Highway 30 and running thence South 81 degrees 2 minutes East, 376.8 feet to an iron pipe on the said South line of U.S. Highway 30; thence South 1 degree 28 minutes West, 516.09 feet to an iron pipe on the North line of the right of way of the Pennsylvania Railroad; thence North 72 degrees 17 minutes West, 376.8 feet along said North line of the said right of way of the Pennsylvania Railroad to an iron pipe on the West line of said Section 21; thence North 460 feet to the point of beginning. Tract II: Ingress and egress easement as granted in Deed Record 199, Page 374 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
