Carol E. “Elaine” Stilwell, 74, Venice, Fla., formerly of the Syracuse area, died at 4 a.m. Nov. 30, 2021, at Liana Memory Care in Venice, Fla.

She was born Dec. 18, 1946, in Elkhart, to Clement and Emmajean Witmer Line. She was married April 3, 1982, in Wisconsin, to Paul D. Stilwell, who survives.

Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 2 at Owen Family Funeral Home, North Webster. Memorial services will follow at 3 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home with Pastor Dave Bunyan of the Community Church in Waterford officiating. Burial will be in the Mock Addition of the North Webster Cemetery.

Preferred memorials may be given to the Tidewell Foundation, 5955 Rand Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34238.
