• 9:15 p.m. Sunday - Trey Michael Burbank, 28, of 11144 South County Farm Road, Silver Lake, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.

• 10:34 p.m. Sunday - Joseph Henry Cutler III, 39, of 1901 Sand Dollar Drive, #B, Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 11:29 a.m. Monday - Rebekah Marie Suetkamp, 33, Osceola, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 11:44 a.m. Monday - Walter Bruce Bracewell, 51, South Bend, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $800.

• 3:49 a.m. Sunday - North Ind. 13, 589 feet north of North Syracuse-Webster Road, North Webster. Car-pedestrian collision. Driver: Amy M. Pavel, 25, West Huntington Street, North Webster. Pedestrian Eric Espinoza, 21, East Starry Eyed Lane, Cromwell, was pronounced dead at the scene. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 2:57 p.m. Sunday - West Railroad Drive, 34 feet west of South Huntington Street, Syracuse. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Ryleigh G. Cole, 17, East Carroll Street, Syracuse; Felicity A. Clawson, 20, West Wayne Street, Pierceton; Mary S. Leach, 46, West U.S. 30, Larwill. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Injury: Cole had minor bleeding to the knee/lower leg/foot. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
