• 10:49 p.m. Monday - Skyler Dawn Miller, 29, of 211 Ra Mar Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 5:47 a.m. Tuesday - Franklin Delanor Douglas, 60, of 1304 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. No bond set.

• 9:40 p.m. Monday - Intersection of South Ind. 15 and West Prairie Street, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Skyler D. Miller, 29, East Ramar Drive, Warsaw; Trey O. Gilkey, 23, Elwood; Lisa M. Metzinger, 53, Lark Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 1:24 a.m. Tuesday - South Ind. 15, 3,000 feet north of West CR 700S, Claypool. SUV hit deer. Driver: Paul K. Yarl, 48, Indianapolis. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
