Jobs Tour Stop In Warsaw Scheduled For March 15

By Staff Report-

The Kosciusko County Democrats will host the “Jobs Tour” as part of their monthly meeting at Mad Anthony’s back room, 113 E. Center St., Warsaw, at 7 p.m. March 15.

Social time and/or ordering of food will be from 6 to 7 p.m.

Special guest speakers at the meeting will be Dr. Jennifer McCormick, former Indiana superintendent of public instruction, and Maureen Bauer, 6th District Indiana state representative from South Bend, as well as Lauren Ganapini, executive director, and Drew Anderson, communications director of the Indiana Democratic Party.

The Jobs Tour is a statewide effort by the Indiana Democratic Party “to share how Hoosier Democrats – not Republicans – are responsible for the bright economic future for families and communities across the state,” according to a news release from the Kosciusko County Democratic Party.

“Thanks to the American Rescue Plan and the Infrastructure and Jobs Act, Democrats like U.S. Congressmen André Carson and Frank J. Mrvan, secured total funding for the state’s READI program, more than $900 million of state construction projects, and transformational investments that will expand broadband internet access, revitalize water systems, fix community infrastructure needs and repair  crumbling roads and bridges across Indiana. Democrats created this bright economic future for Hoosier families, and The Jobs Tour will celebrate how these kitchen table issues were made possible when it mattered most,” the news release states. “Unfortunately, every single Indiana Republican member of Congress, including Jackie Walorski and Jim Banks opposed the Infrastructure and Jobs Act.”

The Lawless Party
Editor, Times-Union: Democrats have a long history of supporting lawlessness and they have the nerve to say no one is above the law. At times they act like spoiled children that expect to get their way all the time even if they have been naughty.
