Lake City Bank announced the following promotions.

Terry Bradley has been promoted to vice president, retail banking officer. In this position, Bradley leads sales and service efforts in the branch, manages the daily operations of the office and supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. He has been with the bank for two years. Bradley is a member of the Zionsville Chamber of Commerce and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana. He is also a part of the Diversity and Inclusion Task Force at Lake City Bank.

Angie Daly has been promoted to vice president, retail banking officer and private banker at the Goshen downtown branch. In this position, Daly leads sales and service efforts in the branch, manages the daily operations of the office and supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She also works with private banking clients in Goshen and surrounding areas to provide banking solutions specific to their individual needs. She has been with the bank for 16 years. Daly earned an associate degree in business from Indiana University South Bend (IUSB). She is a Middlebury Unit board member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Elkhart County and volunteers with Junior Achievement.

Richard Delks has been promoted to vice president, senior wealth advisor serving the Elkhart area. In this position, Delks works with clients as a primary relationship manager, providing advice and access to the bank’s wealth management services including investment management, trust administration, estate planning and financial planning. He joined Lake City Bank in 2015 and has served families in wealth management since 2006. Delks earned a bachelor’s degree in corporate finance from Ball State University. He is an Elkhart Unit board member of the Boys and Girls Club of Elkhart County.

Justin Hayes has been promoted to vice president, business banking manger. In this position, Hayes manages the business banking team which is responsible for the underwriting and approval of commercial loan applications. He has been with the bank for seven years. Hayes earned a bachelor’s degree in finance with a bank management certificate from Indiana University Fort Wayne (formerly Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne). He was honorably discharged after serving seven years in the United States Army Reserve. Hayes is the president of the Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana and The Risk Management Association – Northern Indiana Chapter. He volunteers with Junior Achievement and United Way Day of Caring.

Mary Lepird has been promoted to vice president, talent management officer. In this position, Lepird leads the recruitment activities of the bank including identifying, hiring and maintaining quality talent for all areas of the bank. She has been with the bank for 22 years. Lepird is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and holds an SHRM-CP certification. She is also a part of the Diversity and Inclusion Task Force at Lake City Bank.

Stacy Price has been promoted to vice president, financial analyst. In this position, Price is responsible for profitability reporting, incentive compensation planning and reporting, management reporting and data analytics. She has been with the bank for 16 years. Price earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Indiana University South Bend (IUSB). She is a Habitat for Humanity of Kosciusko County board member.

Matt Smith has been promoted to vice president, special assets officer and manager. In this position, Smith works with loan officers and customers to resolve commercial loan issues and risk related issues associated with the loan approval process. Tori Starr has been promoted to assistant vice president, senior security officer. In this position, Starr is responsible for the physical security of the bank’s branches and other properties. In this position, Snyder is responsible for assigning backup duties, parcel number research, Freddie Mac remittance and account balancing, 1098 processing and verification of bankruptcy coding. She also assists with reviewing all mortgage disputes, researches and responds to customer’s letters, escrow analysis and tax sales. She has been with the bank for 12 years. Snyder is the president of the Northern Indiana Research and Recovery Society.

Thomas Weimer has been promoted to credit administration officer. In this position, Weimer supports commercial lenders by analyzing customer financial positions and completing loan submissions. He also trains new credit analysts and tests and implements software solutions used for the credit process. He has been with the bank for five years.
