• 1:56 p.m. Wednesday - Casey William Whitehurst, 33, of 305 N. CR 700W, Warsaw, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond set.

• 9:04 p.m. Wednesday - William Lewis Vining, 40, of 4188 W. CR 525 S, Claypool, arrested on a bench warrant. Bond: $500.

• 9:10 p.m Wednesday - Ruby Ann Staab, 42, of 6290 E. CR 400S, Pierceton, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:54 p.m. Wednesday - Ivan Ocotl, 47, of 4221 W. CR 250S, #133, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. No bond set.

• 11:31 p.m. Wednesday - Jose Medina-Cervantes, 34, of 3762 W. Old 30, #90E, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. No bond set.

• 12:43 a.m. Thursday - Blaine Alfred Hutcherson, 52, homeless, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. No bond set.

• 2:27 a.m. Thursday - Joshua David Cooper, 28, of 11531 N. Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:29 a.m. Thursday - Filberto Rodriguez, 59, of 1614 S. Redwood Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 9:50 a.m. Thursday - Amy Beth Jenkins, 54, of 104 S. Franklin St., Sidney, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 4:25 a.m. Wednesday - South Main Street, 100 feet south of West Van Buren Street, Leesburg. Two-car collision. Drivers: Brenna K. Fitzpatrick, 35, Sharon Street, Warsaw; Carrie L. Kyle, 38, Goshen. Injuries: Fitzpatrick complained of pain to the entire body; Kyle had a contusion to the elbow/lower arm. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 8:15 p.m. Wednesday - 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw. Car hit parked vehicle registered to Joseph E. Holloway, West CR 250S, Warsaw. Driver: Ivan Ocotl, 47, West CR 250S, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 9:49 a.m. Thursday - Intersection of East Old 30 and North CR 300E, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Aaron R. Marshall, 38, North CR 600W, Warsaw; Christi L. Ziebarth, 49, North CR 400E, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 4:14 p.m. Wednesday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 1300 block of Mariners Drive, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 10:08 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior and leaving the scene of a crash with property damage in the 2400 block of West CR 250S, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 1:28 a.m. Thursday - A warrant was served in the 11500 block of North Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse. KCSO.

• 4:13 a.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension in the 2000 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
