On June 13, Reason initiated a criminal investigation after receiving information that a workshop and office of a Fulton County business at 8230 S. CR 100W, rural Rochester, had allegedly been burglarized. During the investigation, Reason discovered evidence that developed enough probable cause to be granted a Fulton Circuit Court arrest warrant for Sailors, according to a news release from the Indiana State Police Peru District.
On Friday, officers with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department served Sailors with the warrant alleging two counts of theft and a single charge of burglary. Officers found him at home in Plymouth.
Sailors is incarcerated in the Fulton County Jail without bond. Before his most recent arrest he was out on bonds for separate criminal charges. Those bonds have since been revoked.
