• 3:20 p.m. Monday - Katlyn Elizabeth Walton, 30, of 3757 N. CR 900W, #146, Cromwell, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 3:36 p.m. Monday - Luz Eleida Colon, 46, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #30, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement. No bond set.

• 5:42 p.m. Monday - Alexandra Tai Hughes, 33, Columbia City, arrested for operating a vehicle without a finance responsibility, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish with a prior and possession of methamphetamine. No bond set.

• 7:56 p.m. Monday - Terra Ann Trytko, 44, of 417 N. Walnut St., Etna Green, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $6,000.

• 6:17 a.m. Monday - Jonathan Jamal Rogers, 34, Stateline, Miss., arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of handgun without a license. No bond set.

• 11:47 a.m. Monday - U.S. 30, 290 feet east of Ind. 15, Warsaw. Two-tractor/semi trailer collision. Drivers: Rafael A. Woods, 52, Fort Wayne; Lloyd P. Feltner, 52, Kendallville. Injuries: Woods was transported to the hospital for internal injuries; Feltner complained of chest pain. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:07 a.m. Tuesday - South County Farm Road, 300 feet south of East CR 1000S, Silver Lake. SUV hit deer. Driver: Lucinda J. Hackworth, 57, North Lake Street, Warsaw. Injury: Hackworth complained of pain to the elbow/lower arm. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
