• 5:21 a.m. Thursday - Jaclyn Suzanne Stouder, 41, of 6132 E. CR 450N, Leesburg, arrested for manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine. Bond: $20,250.

• 12:30 p.m. Thursday - Cameron J. Mast, 33, of 12957 N. CR 700W, Nappanee, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 3:58 p.m. Thursday - Kayeon C. Conner, 27, Chicago, arrested for misdemeanor dealing marijuana/hashish/salvia. No bond set.

• 5:48 p.m. Thursday - William Lindly McNees, 52, of 504 Hitzler St., Warsaw, arrested for manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine. Bond: $20,750.

• 6:43 p.m. Thursday - Amber Rae Zollinger, 38, of 9774 E. Bald Eagle Drive, Cromwell, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault and strangulation. No bond set.

• 7:03 p.m. Thursday - Douglas Christ Allan Page, 53, of 309 E. North St., North Webster, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault and strangulation. No bond set.

Kreft, 27, Bristol, arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer using a vehicle, resisting a law enforcement officer - fleeing on foot, criminal recklessness, reckless driving, driving while suspended with a prior suspension, theft of a motor vehicle, possession of stolen property and on a warrant. No bond set.

• 3:03 a.m. Friday - Heather S. Osmun, 46, Fort Wayne, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

• 5:53 a.m. Friday - North Ind. 13, 3,000 feet north of East CR 5000N, North Webster. SUV went into ditch, hit embankment and came to rest on its top. Driver: Harold L. Fretz, 52, East CR 225S, Warsaw. Injury: Fretz was transported to the hospital for a head injury. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
