Arrest Warrants Issued For 37 People

During the overnight hours of Wednesday and into Thursday, NET 43 executed “Operation Summer Thunder,” according to a news release from the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office.
With the assistance of Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office, KCSO, Warsaw Police Department, Winona Lake Police Department, Nappanee Police Department, Indiana State Police, Claypool Police Department, Marshall County Police Narcotics and Milford Police Department, executed search warrants and arrested the following people:
• Jeremy Ray Cole, 42, of 10066 N. CR 400E, Syracuse, dealing in methamphetamine, Level 2 felony; possession of methamphetamine, Level 4 felony. Bond $250 surety.
• Jessica Lee Johnson, 46, of 733 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, dealing in methamphetamine, Level 3 felony; possession of methamphetamine, Level 5 felony; possession of marijuana, Class B misdemeanor; possession of paraphernalia, Class C misdemeanor. Bond: $20,000 surety, $750 cash.
• Scotty Joe Whitaker, 42, of 2512 W. CR 1200S, Silver Lake, possession of methamphetamine, Level 6 felony. Bond: $5,000 surety, $750 cash. Also, possession of methamphetamine, Level 6 felony; possession of fentanyl, a narcotic drug. No bond set.
• Codie Lee Pierce, 30, of 824 E. CR 800S, Claypool, dealing in methamphetamine, Level 4 felony; possession of methamphetamine, Level 6 felony. Bond: $20,000 surety, $750 cash.
• Michael Allen Schuh Jr., 39, of 205 S. West St., Milford, dealing in methamphetamine, Level 4 felony; possession of methamphetamine, Level 6 felony. Bond: $15,000 surety, $750 cash.
• Benson R. Netherland, 49, of 4330 N. Old Ind. 15, lot 221, Warsaw, warrant service for probation violation for escape, no bond. Also, possession of methamphetamine, Level 6 felony; possession of paraphernalia, Class C misdemeanor. Bond: $5,000 surety, $250 cash.
• Cameron Porter Raffield, 20, of 205 S. West St., Milford, maintaining a common nuisance, Level 6 felony. Bond: $5,000 surety, $250 cash.
• Brayanna Dawn Kelly, 20, of 205 S. West St., Milford, visiting a common nuisance, Class B misdemeanor. Bond: $405 cash.
• Krystle Ann Barton, 35, of 120 Fawley St., Warsaw, possession of methamphetamine, Level 6 felony; visiting a common nuisance, Class B misdemeanor; possession of paraphernalia with a prior conviction, Class A misdemeanor. Bond: $5,000 surety, $250 cash.
• Brandi D. Schuh, 38, of 205 S. West St., Milford, maintaining a common nuisance, a Level 6 felony. Bond: $5,000 surety, $250 cash.
• Daryl Emerson Collette II, 27, of 4330 N. Old Ind. 15, lot 221, Warsaw, visiting a common nuisance, Class B misdemeanor. Bond: $400 cash.
• David Hopkins, 55, of 2307 E. Center St., Warsaw, visiting a common nuisance, Class B misdemeanor. Bond: $400 cash.
